Custom Orders
For all custom orders a 25% deposit will be required upon receivieng the order and the full payment required a week prior to the shipping date, this will be commuincated to you at the time of your initial order.
Delivery Times
We will process your order within one business day following the payment of full funds cleared.
Online payments will not be checked unitl the following business day.
We will send you a confirmation email of your order and when your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to two working days for domestic delivery once you have received your shipping notification.

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
